Cancellation & Refund Policy — SanketAura

• More than 24 hours before: full reschedule or full refund to source.
• Within 24 hours: one free reschedule; refunds at our discretion if we cannot accommodate.
• After session delivery (consultation completed, report shared): fees are non-refundable, since time and expertise have been delivered.
• Duplicate / failed payments: if charged twice or payment failed but debited, the extra amount is refunded to source within 5–7 working days after bank confirmation.

Write to appointments@sanketaura.com or WhatsApp +91 83739 17997 with your name, phone, booking reference (BK- / INQ-), and payment ID. We respond within 2 working days.
